A weekend at "home" has recently become something of a novelty. This past weekend, the novelty intersected with beautiful weather. Though there was still enough on the "to-do" list to prevent me from getting on the water, we still managed to have some fun. Sunday evening, as we wound down, we celebrated being back in Colorado in proper spring fashion: antelope steaks chimichurri, from the Weber.
